Don’t be shocked-- though thousands were-- on social media earlier this month. This “dead whale” is made of plastic debris found in the ocean, made to increase awareness on ocean pollution in response, in part, to the 30 beached whales found on seashores last year.
Protest, I know-- or at least truth- telling-- has a place and is needed (perhaps) to help heal the world’s injustice, but more heartening to me are the positive and creative reactions such as these. Even my own local Surfrider is involved in reusing and recycling the nasty waste into art, cleaning up debris and creating statements of heart & beauty from the rubble...
How to Become Gluten Intolerant - Ultra Spiritual Life episode 12
Once again our materialism ignores what is sustainable. Is sanity beyond us or is it only for the spiritual?
Plastic is not good for fish or human health!
I feel happy when I do what's sane, sustainable and good for all, don't you? Surely that's the heart of Spirit's love speaking through us! Love and harmony are free!

Fight religious dogma by dogmatically using what you term spiritual ?!! Its a spoof on what may or may not be spiritual and what may or may not be open- minded!!
Grown almost exclusively in Morocco, the Argania is a rare and protected species after years of over-farming and clear-cutting. The tree produces an annual fruit crop, and it is this delicious morsel that attracts legions of local goats who hop up into the branches to pick out the fruit.
"Church Lady" was a popular character on Saturday Night Live in the 80's, famous for her saying ”Well, isn't that special?”. She said stuff like “We like ourselves an awful lot, don't we?” or “Isn't that conveeeenient?” And you bet she'd be warning us of the devil's work. When she brings it up the organ plays, thunder sounds, and the stage shakes as she twists her face up, saying ominously “Could it be...... SATAN ?!!!!!?!'
Church Lady is super- condescending and patronizing-- that's her shtick. Of course, everyone hates it. Sadly, there's good reason why that high and mighty attitude has been associated with religion. Putting negative judgments on others is so hurtful and divisive. It seems to be no less so when coming from religion than it is when coming from other sources such as spiritual rebels, naysayers and the like. I hope we can all begin to see and turn away from that smugness when it comes up in our own egos too. When it gets mixed up in spiritual matters, it gives off a bad smell that turns people off to spirituality. The cause of spreading Spirit and virtue again then falls behind. Materialism already runs the world-- what hope is there for Spirit? If we truly are spiritual and want to promote its growth, we must connect strongly with our unity and oneness in that area.

"Isn't that Special?" was a favorite line of Church Lady's The video gets stuck on the "Satan" part so just click off & click onto the 2nd clip which does that sem thing, but by then you've watched it all.
The second clip is of ChurchLady's “superior dance”, as she calls it, for when she comes out on top, which according to her is all the time!
